Brown's Rooms

Brown’s Rooms is a small, family run Bed and Breakfast initiative located in Bradford Avenue, Cleethorpes. Our mission is to provide visitors and professionals alike with a luxurious, comfortable and enjoyable stay where every need is catered for.
We have two beautifully refurbished rooms, both with en suite facilities, in our spacious Edwardian property. Brown’s Rooms strives to provide a clean, fresh and contemporary approach to B&B whilst ensuring every guest feels at home while away from home.
Brown’s Rooms is also the home of the Lazy Cow Catering Company, a small outside catering business specialising in top end suppers, dinners and cakes. You can be assured that during your stay you will experience some fabulous cuisine at Brown’s Rooms.
